Liebe Gerda, danke für Deine liebe Unterstützung, Du wirst hier schwer vermisst. Wir hoffen das es Dir bald wieder besser geht und Du wieder unsere „alte“ gesunde Gerda wirst.
Ich danke Dir auch für deine warme Herzlichkeit und das Lernen auf die Sicht der Dinge.
Eine Familie zu managen muss man auch lernen und es ist ein schöner Job.

Wir lieben Deinen Hefeteig mit allem erdenklichem Obst darauf….vor allem Zwetschgen!
Und hier nun Dein Hefeteig- Rezept für alle:

Gerdas Spitzenteigrezept:

1/4 l lauwarme Milch 😉 von glücklichen Kühen!
1/2 Würfel Hefe mit
80 g Zucker darin auflösen
1 Stich Butter dazu

das mit 500 g Mehl und 1 Tl Salz vermengen und gut kneten.
Immer 45 min gehen lassen, dann nochmal kneten und belegen, oder füllen….oder….
Backen ungefähr 45 min bei 180 Grad.

Safran

Ich habe hier Felder mit Safranblüten entdeckt… Das zweite Mal, dass ich das in der Natur sehe. Das erste Mal habe ich sie in der Schweiz gesehen, dachte erst: „Wieso Krokuss im Herbst?“
Werde mal nachsehen, ob man damit was anfangen kann, oder einfach nur still bewundern…
